I think one can judge a nation not only of the way it treats its living, but the dead too. The Derry City Cemetery seems to be in good hands, the hands of God and the city management. It was kept clear and had a nice park in front of it and as a bonus it's located on a hill so you can see the whole city from there and there is always some kind of unworldly wind blowing. And don't forget about the crows.
